As the designated art kid, I've been teaching workshops with all ages for over a decade, starting in my teens at my local summer camp.
Since then, I've worked as a Photoshop Tutor, Event Specialist, and Freelance Workshop Host for a variety of community centers around Los Angeles.

COLLABORATiVE ZiNEMAKiNG
My signature workshop! Join us for a 3 hour group workshop, kicking off with a mini-zine folding demonstration, accompanied by prompts for a uniquely engaging icebreaker. Once everyone has traded with each other we come together as a group to shout out our new friend's and how we all chose to express ourselves. After, the final two hours are dedicated to an open collaging portion for the collaborative full-sized group zine using magazines, old manga, and other ephemera. Every workshop includes a prompt and a 15-20 minute lecture on the History of Zine Culture and Remix Theory. Participants take home their collaged pages after we scan their work and compile a PDF of the final zine. Everyone then receives the digital copy of their work for print and distribution.
FiGURE DRAWiNG WORKSHOPS
A 3 hour guided intensive for artists of all ages and skill levels, featuring a professional cosplayer. Workshop includes short and long poses, creative challenges, and a final group gallery comprised of everyone's favorite sketches.

Wine & Walkcycles breaks down the frames of a walkcycle into individual templates for participants to decorate as they please, then compiled into an experimental animation.
